Report content or conduct

Long-press visible Meal Case File content in the app to report it. If that action is unavailable, email [email protected].

Critical reports alert the moderation workflow immediately. High-severity cases have a 24-hour review target, and routine cases have a 72-hour review target.

These are targets, not guaranteed resolution times, and CHUD does not promise continuous staffing.

Appeal a moderation action

Use the appeal form in the moderation notice under Profile settings within seven calendar days.

If you cannot access that notice, email [email protected] from the email address on your CHUD account.

Intimate-image removal request

To request urgent removal of an intimate image shared without consent, email [email protected].

Include the CHUD username, group or case-file location, a description of the image, and a safe way to contact you. Do not attach or resend the intimate image.

If the image involves anyone under 18, say that clearly and do not download, save, or forward it.

Emergency resources

CHUD support is not an emergency service and is not monitored continuously.

If someone is in immediate danger in the United States, call 911. Outside the United States, contact local emergency services.

For emotional distress or a mental-health crisis in the United States or its territories, call or text 988 or visit 988lifeline.org.

What to include

  • The email address on your CHUD account.
  • Your device type and app version, if you know them.
  • A short description of what happened and what you need.
  • Screenshots only if they help explain the issue and do not include sensitive information.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion in the app when account tools are available.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] and ask us to help delete your account.

We may need to verify that you control the account before deleting or de-identifying account data.

Subscriptions and billing

Manage iOS subscriptions through your Apple App Store account.

Manage Android subscriptions through Google Play or Stripe, depending on your purchase path.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] for help with subscription cancellation.

Bug reports

For bugs, tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and whether it happens every time.

Helpful details include your device model, operating system, CHUD app version, and approximate time of the issue.
